what is it?

The Greenhouse Lab is a coaching incubator for early-career, semi-experienced and very experienced coaches, S&C specialists, technical staff, and performance practitioners across all sports, all around the world. It’s also a space for people who want to stay connected to the Casagrande Coaching ecosystem, contribute to a growing network of system-changers, and help shape the environments that will feed into the Academy and its wider impact.

  • Sessions run every other Tuesday at 7:30pm UK Time:
